To play CoverUp, you have to click the button marked (Roll) to roll the dice. You can coverup the sum of the 2 dice, the difference, or them separably. If you get doubles, you have the choice of playing it or rolling again. If you get doubles 3 times in a row, your turn is up.
[This is one of the most annoying shareware games I have ever played. After every click inside of the program, such as to roll, or look at documentation, a nag screen is displayed with audio prompt]

Another thing that really makes CoverUp enjoyable for me is how it manages to stay interesting even after playing it multiple times. I also appreciate the balance the game maintains—it’s not too difficult, but it’s not too easy either. You can play it casually for a short break or spend longer sessions without getting bored. That flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to CoverUp. Overall, it’s the kind of game that doesn’t just entertain you for a moment, but actually gives you a consistently enjoyable experience every time you play.
