1.Ocean Naval movement around Florida when using amphibious invasions.
2. Better avoidance of enemy forts during ocean naval moves.
3. Fixed river movement, river fleets should be able to find their
way better now.
4. Got rid of the problem resulting in the message “Forces unavailable,
Corps disbanded”
5. Fixed European intervention forces and builds.
