Gunsmoke version 1.0 originally was created in July of 1995 by
Matthew Adjemian and Scott Axelrod. This was followed by version 1.1 about a year later, and now the release of versin 1,5 in December of 1997. Gunsmoke has appeared on many websites as favorite freeware games to download. Gunsmoke is also featured in the PC WORLD website. As of December, 1997, over 40,000 people across the world have dowloaded Gunsmoke in a little over 2 years. We, Scott Axelrod and Matt Adjemian, would personally like to thank each and every one of you who downloaded our game, whether you enjoyed it or not.

Another thing that really makes Gunsmoke v1.5 enjoyable for me is how it manages to stay interesting even after playing it multiple times. Many games feel repetitive after a while, but here, the experience still feels fresh because of the small details and different ways you can approach the gameplay. As you continue playing, you naturally start improving and understanding the mechanics better, which makes everything feel more rewarding. I also appreciate the balance the game maintains—it’s not too difficult, but it’s not too easy either. You can play it casually for a short break or spend longer sessions without getting bored. That flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to Gunsmoke v1.5. Overall, it’s the kind of game that doesn’t just entertain you for a moment, but actually gives you a consistently enjoyable experience every time you play.
