David’s BackGammon has taken several years to develop and many more hours than I would like to admit. I have taken extra time to make it into a quality, full featured program that is very easy to use. I think you will find that it is one of the best backgammon games available for personal computers.
Some people feel that software made available on the internet is inferior to software purchased at you local computer store. This might be the case sometimes but not always. I have purchased many programs in local software stores only to be very disappointed. As you know, you can’t return the software. You are just out of luck. They make money even if you don’t like the software. With demo software you only pay for what you like! Actually I have to make the game better that way. I don’t get any money unless you like it a lot.
This is a demo version. You are able to finish about half of the games. This should allow you to get the feel of the game to see if you like it before you send your money.

Another thing that really makes David’s BackGammon v4.6.1 enjoyable for me is how it manages to stay interesting even after playing it multiple times. As you continue playing, you naturally start improving and understanding the mechanics better, which makes everything feel more rewarding. I also appreciate the balance the game maintains—it’s not too difficult, but it’s not too easy either. You can play it casually for a short break or spend longer sessions without getting bored. That flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to David’s BackGammon v4.6.1. Overall, it’s the kind of game that doesn’t just entertain you for a moment, but actually gives you a consistently enjoyable experience every time you play.
