Maxwell’s Demon has been around when our Universe was born, and will still be there at the very end of everything, till he finishes his arduous labor of resisting the Great Law of Creation – The Law of Growing Chaos. When the Chaos is defeated, this World will become the happiest place, and our course in this Universe will be complete.
Demon’s job is to sort out the atoms of different kind into separate compartments. You could help him by sliding the walls with your mouse. It does not matter into which room you put the atoms of a given color. When all the atoms of some color are collected in one room, the room’s doors will be closed. It gets harder with every level – more rooms, more atoms – it is not an easy task to order the Chaos, not even for a demon, that is why our Universe is still here.

Another thing that really makes Maxwell’s Demon v2.07 enjoyable for me is how it manages to stay interesting even after playing it multiple times. Many games feel repetitive after a while, but here, the experience still feels fresh because of the small details and different ways you can approach the gameplay. As you continue playing, you naturally start improving and understanding the mechanics better, which makes everything feel more rewarding. I also appreciate the balance the game maintains—it’s not too difficult, but it’s not too easy either. You can play it casually for a short break or spend longer sessions without getting bored. That flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to Maxwell’s Demon v2.07. Overall, it’s the kind of game that doesn’t just entertain you for a moment, but actually gives you a consistently enjoyable experience every time you play.
