It is an oldschool platformer in the tradition of the “Mario” games. You play a little kitty hero who has to investigate a mysterious tower that suddenly appeared near his village. Enemies can be destroyed by jumping on them, new skills can be gained by collecting stars.
The game has very cute graphics, a nice soundtrack and it isn’t too hard because there are lots of save points where you can restore your health.
Maybe not the best freeware platform game ever made, but one of the cutest and the right one when you just have a couple of minutes to play a nice little game.

Another thing that really makes A Game with a Kitty enjoyable for me is how it manages to stay interesting even after playing it multiple times. I also appreciate the balance the game maintains—it’s not too difficult, but it’s not too easy either. You can play it casually for a short break or spend longer sessions without getting bored. That flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to A Game with a Kitty. Overall, it’s the kind of game that doesn’t just entertain you for a moment, but actually gives you a consistently enjoyable experience every time you play.
