Well, well… Finally, we decided to make a demo for the Computer Convention 95 in ™d†kra (the place to be). This decision was made some time during the party, when it was little more than 24 hours until deadline. The version spread at the party (I was not responsible for it being released, and anyone who has that version has himself to blame) had some SERIOUS bugs when running on Ultrasound, and if you tried another soundcard, for instance SB16, your ears wouldn’t like what they were confronted with. So please, if you see that version ANYWHERE, delete it, and replace it with this new bugfixed version. Thank you for reading!
Just a word about the party! I think CC95 was a GREAT party, and I think the ones of you who wern’t there missed something. And speaking about parties, we would like some suggestions about WHEN we shall have Yodel Conference #7. Contact any Yodel member and let us know what dates are the best for You.

Another thing that really makes El Maco enjoyable for me is how it manages to stay interesting even after playing it multiple times. As you continue playing, you naturally start improving and understanding the mechanics better, which makes everything feel more rewarding. I also appreciate the balance the game maintains—it’s not too difficult, but it’s not too easy either. You can play it casually for a short break or spend longer sessions without getting bored. That flexibility is one of the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to El Maco. Overall, it’s the kind of game that doesn’t just entertain you for a moment, but actually gives you a consistently enjoyable experience every time you play.
