WinBowl 2.01 is a fun, user-interactive bowling game for Windows 3.1+. Up to four players can play at one time. The computer opponents can play at one of three levels (average/good/advanced). Scoring is based on the traditional 10-pin scoring system. A practice mode is also included to practice specific pin setups.

Another thing that really makes WinBowl v2.01 enjoyable for me is how it manages to stay interesting even after playing it multiple times.
